Semi-Automatic Egg Tart Forming Machine

The SYDT-I Semi-Automatic Egg Tart Forming Machine uses a coordinated multi-actuator system to press dough pieces placed in egg tart molds into uniformly shaped tart shells. After forming, the finished shells are automatically discharged to the conveyor end.

A servo-driven indexing mechanism rotates the base plate, providing accurate positioning and helping maintain consistent shell appearance and layer height.
